  • Artworks: When you purchase an artwork, you are purchasing the physical item only. The copyright and all intellectual property rights in the artwork remain with the artist, Mohammad Zeeshan Iqbal/ ZIA ART, unless explicitly transferred in a separate, written agreement.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or sell any content or artwork from this Website without our prior written consent.
